Which gig of your career did you enjoy most and why?
Donnington 1990 - A great day - I think it was the turning point in the bands career - The punters were absolutley "blinding" - And the pary afterwards was wild! The band played great - a memorable day!
If you won the national lottery what would you do with the money?
I would buy a share in Crystal Palace FC. Also 400 pairs of sunglasses, a holiday in Barbados.. A new house, a new car - OR maybe a few cars! I need underwear, new socks and a variety of hats
Do you have any pets?
Yes - Derek the toroise - he's pretty quick for a tortoise!
Who is/are your favourite comedians?
I used to love Tommy Cooper - A very funny man.
What do you do with your spare time while your on the road:
The band plays golf - I play badly but it's nice to get some fresh air after the smoky bars the nights before! I try and write songs but normally end up recovering from the onslaught of the gig and drinking the night before!

What's the craziest thing you've ever done?
Agree to share a room with Mikael Hoglund when we're on tour
At the moment, a lot of new bands and artists enter the charts. Which of them attracted your interest and who didn't you like very much and why?
I barely listen to the charts - it goes in one ear and out the same one! And to be honest there's very few bands that enter the charts these days that get my motor running! so there!
Do you consider yourself sexy?
Yes incredibly so. I'm so sexy, people are frightened to tell me so - my hair is an important feature - none on my head, all down my back
Any songwriting tips?
Write as many tunes or riffs as possible - Practise makes perfect - it is one of my favourite hobbies and one day, maybe who knows, I might write a hit song. My recent composition "New York City, Ain't that pretty" didn't make the last album. Actually by a long way!
Good habits?
Hair cut weekly / Bath twice daily / cut toenails / good to dogs!
Bad habits?
Bite toenails / smoke / drink / suffer from flatulence
What charactistics have you inherited from your parents?
My smile - my teeth/ I have never had a filling! Dad always had a sense of rhythm - Sorry, don't take after him at all, then!!
What do you do to keep fit?
Aerobics once a week and boxercise once a week! I prefer to run back and forth towards the bar!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't smoke! Unfortunately for me I didn't take much notice!
What was the first gig you ever went to? How old were you? What was it like?
Budgie! I was only 13 years old - I was totally blown away, Tony Bourge and Burke Shelley were my heroes for many a year!
What was the 1st record you ever bought?
Beg steel or borrow - by the New Seekers and I do!
Favourite film character and why?
Jaws - fierce! The dinosaurs in Jurassic Park!

Steven Spielberg
Your ideal dining companion?
Anyone who will buy dinner! Seriously - the boys in the band are quite fun to have dinner with!
Things you want to achieve by the year 2000?
A no 1 single and album from Thunder in the U.S.A. and U.K.!!
What causes, other than the homeless, do you support?
Nordoff Robbins - C.D.F.C. Anything worth supporting!!
